VICTORIA ELIZABETH JANE SAXE-COBURG II
" If there is a question about my intentions,
I'll tell you I'm not here to sell you,
Or tell you to go to Hell.
I'm not a brat like that.
I'm like a puzzle, but all of my pieces are jagged,
If you can understand this, we can make some magic,
I'm wrong like that. "

FULL NAME Victoria Elizabeth Jane Saxe-Coburg, named after her Grandmother.
ALIAS Vicky, though her close family call her Lillibet, a nickname coined when she was a child and struggled to pronounce her own middle name.
AGE Nineteen.
NATIONALITY English.
OCCUPATION Princess of England, Daughter of the King and Queen.
PERSONALITY Victoria is a conglomeration of various personality traits, but they all seem to meld together rather well to create the English Princess. First and foremost, she is a very well trained and behaved woman in the public eye. She will do anything for her country and those she loves as she is fiercely loyal to them even if it brings great unhappiness upon her. However, if she comes under the scrutiny of her peers and gossipers, her temper and stubbornness will shine through like the light of day. She isn’t afraid to state her opinion and although it has gotten her a few slaps on the hand she continues to do so hoping one day that they will realize that she's just a woman and that the she isn’t only good for marrying off as a bargaining tool and making children. She has distinct distaste for marrying for political reasons, but she knows it makes sense and so bites her tongue and swallows her frustrations.
Her pride is one of her downfalls; she thinks very highly of herself and considers herself of great importance to family and to her peers. While it is a sin and throughout her life others have tried to get her to rid herself of it she can’t. She won’t back down in an argument with anyone, even a king. However she knows that there is always a time and a place for such unpleasantries and doesn’t want to embarrass herself or her court and therefore knows when to hold her tongue.. much to her displeasure. She has been known to be taken advantage of because of it.
As much as she has a dislike for her father, there is one quality that the two share, and a lot of the time end up clashing because of it is their temper. Victoria’s anger is her biggest downfall as she has a very hard time controlling it and will lash out at anyone when she is angry that gets in her way. Of course, she will refrain from yelling at those above her in stature but her servants and ladies in waiting have all had the unpleasant experience of feeling her wrath. However in private when there is no one else around if the person she is angry with is above her she won’t hold back as she is a lady of rank and feels she has the right let them know of her displeasure.
Stubborn to a fault, Victoria rarely gives in even if it is best to do so. She has a compulsion to address every detail of things; this makes her a wonderful courtier but occasionally makes her insufferable as a friend or personal relationship. She has a difficult time admitting fault but knows this about herself and makes a conscious effort to be less biased toward her own opinion. She appreciates open-mindedness and feels hypocritical when she refuses to admit when someone else has a point and yet it is not easy for her to back down.
She wishes she could feel more loyal to people, but the truth is only a select few get this devotion and she is not quick to give it away or quick to give it back to someone she has taken it from. She feels heartless on occasion, feeling sorry for very few people and able to turn a blind eye to most suffering. Children and animals are the exception to this. Those whom she lets in are indeed priviliged, and she would sacrifice everything she could simply to see them smile. It has led to her own displeasure on more than one occasion, but still she continues to do it. Status and rank has no place in her decision for friendship, nor how she treats anyone whom she thinks of as a companion.
She loves balls and dances, especially ones where she can show off her education or talents. Vanity is not something she outright admits, but she does take some time working on her appearance, but this is no different than other ladies of her standing. Feigned humility is her specialty, though of course she loves to hear comments about her beauty. She knows she is not to everyone's tastes, but she also knows she is a sight to behold.
Determined and intelligent, this is a woman who knows how to get things done and will not hesitate to act. She commits to decisions but is versatile enough that she is able to change courses if the current one is not working. She attempts to take advice, but will only accept it from a few select people.
Cunning and charming, she can own a room with her stories (even if they are a little embellished), and is usually the bell of the ball singing, dancing, and, on special request, playing a violin. Her fashion sense helps in this as she knows exactly how to pick gowns that display her feminine features and attract attention with her bright colors and unique style. She is an expert at picking which fabrics, cuts and styles to have her garments made into, and as such it only adds to her surity of her own beauty.
SEXUALITY Straight, though she isn't abhorred by the thought of homosexuality. She knows it exists, and she isn't closed-minded enough to let it bother her either way.. It just isn't for her.
APPEARENCE A quick glance is never enough for one of Victoria’s status. One really has to take a longer look to fully appreciate her beauty. The blend of her features is something to be admired for more than a few seconds and in her lifetime Victoria has received more than her fair share of double-takes, even triple-takes. What first catches people is obviously her body. Although she is not exactly curvy, she has enough of a bust and wide enough hips to scream her femininity. But her beauty goes beyond that, far beyond, above those long legs and narrow torso. Beyond even the naturally creamy skin tone. Where the body will quickly lose attention the face will hold it, and likely for a significant time.
The eyes are what draw the attention next, framed as they are by thick, dark lashes. A most brilliant shade of brown, they are rather deep set, lending her the appearance of always being broody or tired. Bedroom eyes they have been called, and the title suits them well. Victoria is often known to wear make-up, usually a nude color on her lips, a slight pinkish rouge to her cheeks.. but she is always seen with her eyes lined. If you look close enough, they are not a simple brown, almost a red color lined with a deep chocolate color that blends together to become a whiskey-amber color. Her eyes are the windows to her soul and they bare her emotions for the world to see, even though she has learned to control what emotions are displayed by this point in her life.
The eye is likely to follow those eyes to Victoria’s nose, what she considers to be one of her worst features. More than once she has complained that it is too long and too wide, not to mention patterned with freckles. Luckily the world did invent make up and Adrienne has spared no expense making sure that the rest of the world will never learn of the very bane of her existence. In her opinion freckles make her seem far too cutesy, a term that the young woman loathes completely. Nonetheless her nose really isn’t that terrible, paired as it is with full, pouty lips and high cheekbones.. it in fact defines her, makes her all the more appealing.
Victoria does however like her jaw line. It is soft, effeminate and it suits her well. She feels it makes her look almost girlish, and it fits against her thin neck and the rest of her tiny body. She tries to accent it where she can, and prefers to show it off by not covering any portion of it with her hair.
The hair, being one of the first and last things mentioned, is really quite luscious. It falls in lovely waves over the young woman’s shoulders, thick and healthy. It is a sweet mousy blonde color, almost like milk and honey mixed together, though the underneath tends to be a slightly darker, almost brown shade. It also seems to change with the seasons, being much darker in the winter than in the summer months. Her hair is almost always perfectly groomed, adoring to have it piled up into extravagant up-do's leaving just two or three thick ringlets to drape down her spine. She prefers the older-style of wearing hair, much like her eighteenth century ancestors would have worn it.
Back to the body, time for a better look. She definitely has a lovely body. Victoria is short in comparison to most girls, reaching only five foot four inches in height. It seems that the average height hovers more around five foot six, so she is often a bit smaller than most. Luckily the men are always much taller than her (usually at least) because honestly she would not be able to stand courting somebody who was shorter than her. Her legs are extremely long, giving her a look akin to a gazelle, only further emphasised by those large brown eyes. Her build is typical to any girl who spends a lot of time outside. She’s slim and well toned with hardly an ounce of fat on her body due to the fact that she is constantly active and busy.
Her clothing style reflects her personality. She loves deep, rich colors for her dresses, colors that reflect nicely on her soft skin tone. She usually prefers a fitted bodice or corset and a full skirt so that her bust is accented and her hips look wider, as is the desirable traits of a woman of the era.

HISTORY Victoria was the first child of the King and Queen of England. Her father is part of one of the longest bloodlines in England. Her mother, however, is from a family notorious for their bad bloodlines, but is considered to produce some of the most beautiful women in the country. Born with natural good looks and given the best a girl could have, the young woman was expected for great things from the moment she entered the world. Her mother and father were overjoyed with her arrival, but the King could not hide his disappointment at her gender.. he would have preferred a son.
She was beautiful, even as a baby. From the beginning she was given all she could have. Private tutors graced her presence every day to teach her Latin, French, German, Piano, Violin, and Cello, as well as a personal governess that attended to her every whim. She proved to be extremely intelligent, even from a young age, learning very quickly and at a more advanced level than most of the men her age. Her younger siblings followed, one each year, and as she grew, the usual sibling rivalries developed, especially with her oldest brother.. her father doted on him especially, and she felt a little abandoned. She was first born, she should have been treated as the most important.
Still, she continued with her education, excelling even the highest expectations, and it was clear she would be a force to be reckoned with as she grew older, both politically and privately. By seven years old, her temper had made itself clear when she struck a servant girl across the face. She was punished by her governess, but her mother and father were too busy dealing with regal matters to notice. In fact, they had almost failed to take notice in her entirely. At the time, she felt abandoned, but now she understands it is because she was so highly independent even at that age.
When she was eight years old, she first met Prince Bonaparte on a visit to France, and they were betrothed. It was part of a peace treaty that their first born children were to be married in the future. It seemed a smart match at the time, since they both got on well. In the years that followed they would meet several times, and Victoria began to grow close to him, seeing him as a good friend. Marriage seemed a little daunting even at that age -- how could she marry one of her best friends? Still, she had long been taught the importance of politics when it came to 'love' and she grew up accustomed to the idea that one day she would be princess of both England and France.
At thirteen, she was introduced to the English Court as a young lady, a child princess growing into a beautiful young woman. Her social skills peaked and she quickly became well known for her impeccable dancing and her ability to hold and intelligent conversation.. and to hold the interest of those around her. Great things were expected of her socially, and she quickly became welcomed and expected at any social events, especially balls where young suitors would clamour for a chance to dance with her. She outshone even her siblings when it came to social functions and gala's.
By the time she was sixteen, Victoria had found her own style, adopting it from that of the eighteenth century paintings which hung in her homes, and she took a great deal of interest in her appearance. Namely her fashion, and she began to insist on having all of her dresses hand made with the fabrics picked by her.
The offer of a summer spent in Russia neither thrilled nor disappointed the young woman. She would miss England and the adoration she received at the functions there, but it was a chance she would not pass up. She suspected her father would want her married whilst in Russia, since both she and the French Prince were both very much of age for such a partnership, though deep down she still harbours a few doubts about being wed to him. She loves him dearly in a platonic way, but spending her entire life as his wife and future Queen of France makes her quite nervous at such a prospect.
